    Beginning April 5, 2021 join us Monday mornings, 6:00 – 6:30 am for a half hour of sitting and a contemplative reading via Zoom. Our intention is to create a safer space for self-identified Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPoC) to develop a daily meditation habit and explore contemplative practices together. This community (sangha) cultivates an environment that embraces diverse voices and self-preservation.  Individuals from all spiritual traditions are welcomed, and no prior meditation experience is required.  To join please send an email to [email protected] indicating your interest.  A Zoom link will be emailed to you.
