 A 5 week experiential course with contemplations, self-inquiries, & discussions

Wednesdays      6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
May 3, 10, 17, 24, & 31

 Meditation sharpens our intelligence and uncovers our wisdom. Students will receive practical instructions for transforming confused emotions and situations into effective actions.  The challenges of life become opportunities for contemplative practice and social action.

 Prerequisite:  Level IV or Fearlessness in Everyday Life

Suggested donation:  50$
Patrons: $75 (to help scholarship fund).
